The Washington DC Green Festival is a joint project of Global Exchange and Green America,
Scheduled for October 10-11, more than 125 renowned speakers will attend, along with green businesses, workshops, yoga classes, organic food and more.

There will be a strong focus on local Washington DC environmental initiatives, and awareness of creating a healthier environment in neighboring local communities.

A few notes about volunteering:
People under 14 years of age are not permitted to volunteer.
People who are hearing impaired, deaf, or handicapped are encouraged to volunteer.
