Texas Transmission Providers File Plan to Support CREZ Wind Initiative

A group of Texas electricity transmission providers announced on Friday that they have jointly filed a detailed proposal with the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) for the construction of electric transmission as part of the Competitive renewable energy Zone (CREZ) process.
