Final Construction Contracts Awarded for London Array Offshore Windfarm

UK-based MPI and A2SEA, a Danish company, have been selected to supply construction vessels for the first phase of the London Array wind farm being built by a consortium of E.ON, DONG Energy and Masdar.

How to Kick-Start Economic Recovery

The U.S. economy has entered an extremely worrying recession. It appears to some as the first stage of a devastating depression. The band-aids and the massive bailout by the White House and Congress so far provided appear likely to have insufficient effect. The stimulus suggestions so far surfacing by and for the incoming Obama Administration and the new Congress may prove very far from adequate.
