Terra-Gen Acquires 2500-MW of Wind Projects from Airstream
Terra-Gen Power LLC, a wholly-owned affiliate of ArcLight Capital Partners, announced that it has acquired a portfolio of six wind projects from Airstream Energy LLC through an affiliated project company. The projects, which are located in Wyoming, Nebraska, Colorado, Kansas and New Mexico are in various stages of development and, when fully constructed, are expected to have a total capacity of approximately 2500 megawatts (MW).
