The demand from residential and commercial customers in Arizona to install solar power photovoltaic (PV) arrays is unsurpassed in the United States. Every electric utility in Arizona has extremely long lines of customers seeking solar rebate reservations. In fact, more than fifty percent of the money from several solar rebate budgets for 2011 has already been reserved. And the fear of missing out completely on solar rebates has prompted even more customers to seek out solar installations.
