REpower & enXco Ink 140-MW Turbine Deal
REpower Systems AG has signed a delivery agreement for up to 143.5 megawatts (MW) of wind turbines with the enXco, an EDF Energies Nouvelles company. The 70 REpower MM92 turbines, each with a rated power of 2.05 MW and rotor diameter of 92.5 meters, are set to be installed at a wind project on the West Coast of the U.S. Delivery of turbines is expected to take place in mid-2011.
