enXco Opens 100-MW Grand Meadow Project

enXco, an EDF Energies Nouvelles Company, and Xcel Energy announced that all 67 of the GE 1.5 turbines in the 100.5-megawatt (MW) Grand Meadow Wind Project were been commissioned as of December 31, 2008.
