ICP Solar Wins Business in Africa
MONTREAL, QUEBEC, CANADA – December 1, 2008 – ICP solar Technologies Inc. (OTCBB: ICPR.OB, FRANKFURT: K1U.F), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of proprietary solar panels and products, today announced that the Company has signed an agreement worth $500,000 for off-grid modules in Africa. REpower & DOTI Sign Deal for 5-MW Turbines
Another step has been taken towards the building of the first German offshore wind farm, alpha ventus. REpower Systems AG and Deutsche Offshore Testfeld und Infrastrukturge-sellschaft mbH & Co. KG (DOTI) have signed a contract in Hamburg for the supply and installation of six REpower 5M wind turbines. The installation of the REpower turbines is expected to begin in the middle of July 2009 on the construction site of alpha ventus, 45 kilometers north of Borkum Island, Germany.
